@bpaigea: To the person who said they didn’t like my content anymore because I’m too militant-guilty as charged. Fitness doesn’t come from moderation in midlife🤷♀️ #fyp #fitover40 #fitnessmotivation #Fitness #fitover50 #healthyliving #healthylifestyle #lean #cleaneating
Yes! I turned 50 last year and decided enough was enough. I’m 30 pounds down, walking 6 miles daily with a 20 pound vest and strength training. It’s all about choices, and what’s important.

Eating out and drinking all the time isn’t moderation.

I’m 58 with pcos and I’ve lost 60lbs by “moderation”. I do workout 6 days a week. Moderation does work. I eat whatever I want.

I remember watching an interview of Hedi Klum and they asked her how does she keep her figure she literally said of course she wants cake or dessert, but she doesn’t to maintain her body!!!

From France, thanks for you honesty. I'm progressively assimilating these ideas. 47, my body is leaving me. 😅 Walking 3 km 6 days a week is no longer enough...

I agree. I’m 45 and have had three children since I was 35, I’m in similar shape to you and people ask how I do it. I do it by making choices - about food, about exercise, about drinking.

1000% agree. Honestly if I hear about another new fad diet, just stop eating so much, eat whole foods, and work out every day. It’s not rocket science 🤯

It takes work and most don't want to commit. That's fine but please don't complain about your health while your guzzling that soda with your meal.

You are my hero!!! I thrive off hearing your honesty and you always get me pumped up to do the work. I majorly slacked off and gained so much weight, feeling awful. I’m making 2025 awesome! ❤️💪🏼

What you’re saying is 1000000 percent true. How much do you value your worth and stop lying to yourself and invest in your daily goals for if you want to look a certain way. It’s not hard!
