I mean this in the politest way possible. This isn’t just a Bristol Uni problem. Conditions at some uni accoms is a nationwide problem that needs to be sorted especially with the extortionate prices.

Tbh I’m glad someone finally talked about this! Another problem with universitie accommodations is the price, they are so overly priced and sometimes the monthly rent is more than the student loans

I used to work for a different student accommodation - a pipe burst and the boiler broke, and I had an engineer out that day (it was a Saturday) to fix it. No hot water is an emergency

uni accom is a pure joke, im paying 9k for my accom in bristol too and the doors don’t lock, hot water disappears, leaking kitchen and windows falling off and mould too!and its new for this year too🙈
