oh, the program whereby passenger vehicles are charged $9 during peak periods. Trucks/buses pay $21.60. The fee is reduced by 75% at night. Well, we weren't interested. We pay too much taxes already

mta budget is over $20b a year. Congestion pricing is expected to bring in around $1b a year. if the MTA can't make $20b work, what will $1b extra do? this governor needs to go.
