I was put on it for my diabetes and my PCOS. I did not loose weight(it’s not the point) but I can’t tell you how many people have made me feel horrible for not losing it on the “miracle” drug. 😞

GLP-1’s have their uses and purpose. But it was NEVER meant to be a permanent weight loss solution and I hate how it’s been made to be that way. I take a GLP-1 because I’m type 2 diabetic and it’s the only medication to successfully help me maintain a regular period (severe PCOS and was going years without one which put me high risk for cancer), and I have IIH/neurological conditions that it helps. It saved my life but the weight loss was not intentional for me.

I have pcos and insulin resistance and to this day I have felt miserable with my weight. Ozempic not only helped me lose weight, but it’s stopped the food noise. I am healthier than I have ever been.
