Heartme out, put the charger on them plug it out, press the on button for 20 seconds then stop, plug it back an just press the on buttons but dont hold it, it work for me more than one time, good luck

hold down power, if that doesn’t work there’s a reset mode (idk it but it’s on google) and if none of that works watch a yt vid for a fix or take it to apple
