Yes, I was rh negative also. I got a shot called rhogam around 20-28 weeks and then I got one after labor. It’s an important thing to know in case you ever need a blood transfusion too!

I was rh+ so they didn’t do the shots but my daughter is rh- and was a toxic level of jaundice due to our conflicting blood types. It was scary at the time but here we are 1 year later🩷

I am Rh negative and my babies all have a different blood type they just came out jaundiced but other than that it was fine.

I’m A- & had to get the shot then my daughter was born w/ the same blood type. Didn’t need another shot! Not scary I was worried but there’s no reason too be 🥰 congratulations!

RH Negative mom of 2 here! You’re going to be just fine. I delivered 2 healthy baby girls and they’re now 15 and 10. The shots only sting a little and there’s no need to overthink the situation! 💕

Same girl I'm negative and baby is positive so I have to get a shot at my 28wk check up and then after the baby gets here 🙂 but it's completely normal and isn't harmful to you nor the baby.

I had to get them too! And nope, they just place it in your bottom like any other shot. You’ll get one about half way and then one after you deliver. Didn’t hurt at all.

I’m O- and I had to get shots with all my babies because my husband is B+ … you only have to get 1 shot while pregnant and then 1 after birth if the baby is + blood
