I paid over $100 for a 14k gold conch piercing, and what I received was flimsy, poorly made, and didn’t even close properly. The clicker is too short to reach the opposite side, so it’s impossible to wear. When I contacted customer service, instead of owning the issue, they blamed the material and basically implied that I should be careful because their gold jewelry is so soft that stones can fall out just from normal handling or shipping which says a lot about their quality standards.
