@jenksbbq: Ribs in the Oven – No Smoker Needed! Think you need a smoker for fall-off-the-bone ribs? Think again! These oven-baked St. Louis-style ribs turn out just as tender, juicy, and flavorful as smoked ribs—perfect for anyone who doesn’t have a grill or smoker. Oven-Baked Ribs Recipe: • Trim a rack of St. Louis-style spareribs & remove the membrane • Coat with yellow mustard as a binder • Season with @Heath Riles BBQ Competition BBQ Rub + Honey Rub • Bake at 250°F for 2 hours • Wrap in foil with butter, brown sugar, Honey Rub, and BBQ sauce (both sides) • Cook at 300°F for 2 more hours (meat side down) • Unwrap, glaze with BBQ sauce, and bake for 30 more minutes to set the sauce • Slice & enjoy! These ribs are juicy, tender, and packed with BBQ flavor—all from the oven! Would you try ribs in the oven? Drop a 🍖 in the comments! #Ribs #ovenbakedribs #BBQ #stlouisribs #babybackribs

Unpopular opinion. I prefer ribs from the grill or oven. Not a huge fan of smoked ribs 🤷🏽‍♂️

The 3 2 1 method works at 250 no matter the heat source as long as you can maintain 250. The last hour I never use all of it but they are awesome on a Traeger.

I’ve never just put the ribs in without tin foil to start. That’s new! What’s the reasoning versus using tinfoil right in the beginning? And any water to help steam?

is there a benefit with letting them cook no foil? every recipe I've seen uses foil to cook then finish in broiler/unfoiled
