If they put him under to clean his ears, surely they will biopsy his nose thing at the same time (I always get them to clean my dog's teeth if they go under for any reason, as well)

Look into a fear free vet clinic, the rooms are set up like a living room so they aren’t as anxious in them. My high anxiety dog loves the vet now that we found the fear free option.

I have a lab and he kept having ear problems and found out it was his food bc most dogs are allergic to chicken so switched his food and no longer has the problem so might b something to look at!🥰

If the food bowl is metal it could be an allergy to that.

Fingers crossed it's nothing bad! I will say my boy gets little lumps similar to this around his nose and chin and also gets itchy ears if he has certain foods and treats. something he's allergic to.

My American bulldog has had a lot of ear infections and allergic to chicken, started her on Petlab probiotics 3 months ago and the infections went away. Changed her food rotate between Beef/fish 👍🏻

My dog suffered from horrible allergies until we tested him for food allergies (tried everything else) turned out he was allergic to multiple food ingredients including chicken!

I literally just had my dog go under for a teeth cleaning and they removed a bump off his eye. Waiting for the biopsy. It’s so nerve wracking.

he could have a food allergy! my guy is allergic/sensitive to chicken, his ears were so bad/yeasty because of that. I switched him to beef and no issues ❤️something to maybe look into ❤️
