Well given my username, horror doesn’t affect me in any way, 😂 however my niece not so much. She used to watch horrors and then watch a cartoon directly after to reset her subconscious 💕

I can’t really handle scary movies/shows very well but the one thing I outright refuse to watch is zombies. If it has zombies I will have nightmares for days 😅

I can’t relate to that but some cats decided to have a howling party outside my window at 4am, 4.15, 4.30, and 5am - setting my dog off barking each time. 😴

always end the day with a little comedy or disney to sleep well 😴 before I had my baby girl now I watch only disney before bed so she falls asleep soundly hope this helps 🫂🥰

Been there! I woke up from a nightmare, sat bolt upright and screamed at the top of my lungs. Dreamt someone was staring at me sleeping through my window then smashed the window and was climbing in to get me... couldn't go back to sleep for hours
