5 Wins that have helped me recently get back on track 👏🏻🫶🏼 Share & tag a friend who needs some inspiration to get back up ❤️ The past couple of weeks I have been doing everything to help get my health back on a level of *consistency*. I have been doing this for years & I know what it takes to get to a goal, but for a period of time this year I just couldn’t fully switch the flip to stay on top of things. Sometimes, we need to go through those lows times to realize this is not what we want. This is not about how I look on the outside but more in how I was feeling inside. Feeling healthy is such an amazing feeling. Here’s what I changed: - Uber eats! I love that app, but ordering out so much over time can definitely start to add up in different ways. Lol! Started to make more time in my day to meal prep the meals that I knew I had trouble preparing. - waking up earlier, & starting my routine earlier. I’m not all the way there yet, but I have definitely made improvements. This has allowed me to have more time for myself, instead of rushing around with work. - Vitamins & water! Get your blood work done! Guessing with your health and taking random supplements, will not help you get to the root of your problems. There’s some foods that no matter how much you eat, it’s still not enough. That’s where supplements come in. Less caffeine & more water! So important. - Tracking my workouts in the AllYou App has helped me see how much I’ve been progressing week by week. I also enjoy tracking my workouts with my watch. It’s fun, because you get competitive, and want to keep improving. - Comparing myself less to other people. This is helping me focus more on my routine, and less of what others are doing to get to their goal. It’s my journey, and what works for me, will work for me! I hope this helps anyone out there who needs a little push to get back up again ✨ #fyp
