as an electrician there are so many problems with this.. one no gromet on that hole.. wires won't last 10 years., 2 why? and 3 that speed bump Is way to smalll for that size cable..

truthfully, that doesn't weaken the beam like you may think. those beams are designed for maximum load at centre span. it makes them largely oversized at the ends.
