(I usually use Biona Orgainc Black Pearl Rice). *Black rice takes longer to cook than white rice* ➕ Season your fresh salmon with soy sauce, salt and pepper on both sides. Let ie marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour, then fry it to your preference (I air fry mine salmon and the results are really great). ➕ Slice half an avocado into thin slices. ➕ For the sauce: Mix 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil with 1 tbsp soy sauce. ➕ Assemble the dish: Once the black rice is cooked, serve it hot and drizzle the sauce over the top. ➕ Add the salmon and avocado, then garnish with freshly chopped dill. ✨Enjoy!
