the truth is fluoride is damaging your teeth thats my experience .... every time i use it my teeth become very very sensitive ... that means one thing and that thing is a damaged tooth enamel !!!!

Can you recommend any alternative? Maybe not that perfect, but at least #2 after Crest? Some people can’t use Crest for different reasons.

I switched to it last year. I also purchased the tooth brush and ACT rinse you recommend. My teeth look great. My hygienist commented how good my gums looked at my last visit.
