If we're paying for "congestion pricing" why are the roads still congested. Just like all the money put out to fix our roads, but I still need tires and a alignment twice a year

Thing is congestion pricing does not work. Unless you are rich. They do a form of it in Washington charging for commuter lanes that are only used mostly for those who can afford it.
