I'm actually confused since current emperor loved Ah Duo, but Ah Duo is Jinshis mother?. and one of the babies of the past emperor died which is why jinshi was swapped after birth?

okay but the emperors mother had another son. The first babies where swapped but that would make Jinshi to young to be the emperors son. But it points more to the fact he is the brother. I'm justcrazy
