intake took to much for the manifold so that could lead to the manifold exploding .

danger to manifold the intake or most likely the engine block couldn't hold itself together due to the pressure and bolts started flying out from it due to it already being maxed out on intake and the nitrous just sent the car into limp mode

You ever have a car with solid engine mounts.. high rpm makes bolts vibrate off. Maybe his floor was modified and belts vibrated off.
