@radiogal: 🏠 Let's talk about something not fun for a moment. If you heat your home using heating oil like I do you likely have a large tank in your basement or underground. I learned the hard way recently that it is very common for these tanks to leak and not very common for insurance to cover anything related to the clean up which is very costly. Please make sure that you are prepared for this situation. Check if your home insurance covers this situation. If it doesn't look into supplemental insurance. I’ve been in a business for 40 years. I go to houses now that still have 1950 era tanks in their basement and I tell him it’s a time bomb waiting to go off. We only sell Roth tanks now they are excellent never can leak.
