So I hear you 100% its important to ask your doctor. However I have diabetes and PCOS and I LOVE THIS ! My doctor approved it as well. My hair has grown after 8 years of not being able to grow and it has helped my with so many things. You need to be drinking water. This is NORMAL with all vitamins. People need to be drinking water.
