It is so important to prioritize upper glutes as a tall gym girl because the shelf will give you the illusion of bigger glutes if you have longer legs. 1. Reverse lunges - have a thicker plate under your working foot, that way you are able to get a deeper stretch and actually feel it in your glute muscle 2. Rdls- ive seen more results when u do them with a stance a little wider then shoulder with apart, otherwise i only feel it in my back. ANDDD dont be afraid to go below your shins !! especially if you have longer limbs 3. KAS glute bridges (essentially a half rep of a hipthrust)- this will allow you to keep tension on only your glutes. if you are taller or have a lower knee placement doing a full rep can cause knee and joint pain and not be beneficial to your glute growth 4. step ups- emphasize pushing your non working leg back instead of straight down this will give you more of a hinge effect. #blackgymgirl #tallgymgirl #glutesworkout #upperglutesexercises #tallgymgirlseries
