don't do too much at the start and don't worry about people looking at you, if you are still worried you can wear baggy clothes or something ❤️❤️

and leggings and gym gear when u confident

nutrition is 70% of your gains. dont train the same muscle 2 days running. creatine is good for new starters in gym. look at dropsets and progressive overload. same with negative repetitions
