I have read the comments, and realized that people don't understand the importance of refuse removal payments... We are paying more on Levies and Taxes to subsidize the non-payments of refuse.

We get charged so the municipality revenue pays transport to collect the bins,fix street lights etc. If he pays for 1 bin he pockets the rest of money that's stealing from us who pay.💯✌️
