I'm just now finding out that pictures can be moved up and down in Sims 2?? I've been so bugged about it I thought this was just a thing in the later sims games. 🥲

Recolouring the mailbox is insane! In my experience, editing the road area causes the lot to look awful in the neighborhood view.

For the quarter tile cheat if it’s not working for you try. “boolProp quarterTilePlacementEnabked true” then press control F to turn on and off

If you use elevation tool and build foundation on it with grabbing it above water (or ground) you receive taller foundatios. 😇
