Your Internet service provider is obliged to give TV licencing you Internet history so if your not using a VPN they do know what your watching.

they say if you have a device capable of receiving BBC or Iplayer, you need to have a licence. I haven't watched BBC or I player for many years but paid for the licence 😡😡😡😡
