@mira__fit: Working out with a newborn is hard, but it’s possible. Will they cry when you put them down? Yes. Will you need to stop in the middle of your workout to feed them? Yes. Will half of your session been spent entertaining them? Yes. But it can still get done. Get you a bouncer or a mat, and just do it! Use them as a weight if you need to.
