@lilylifts_: If in doubt… offer them sweets 🤣 but seriously… I just interact with people where I can & it’s kinda how I’ve made gym friends or people I can now regularly say ‘hi’ to. But it’s taken me years to be confident in the gym and feel open to talking to people. When I first started I was TERRIFIED of even making eye contact with other people … and now because I’ve interacted with so many people it’s just become second nature & therefore easier to make friends🩵 #gymfriends #gymbeginner #gymencounters #gyminteractions
