It may not be worth as much as other calendars in our best advent calendar list, nor does it have as many full-size products BUT the balance between the ASOS advent calendar price and the range of brands it offers is up there as one of the best I’ve seen. And there is still a decent amount of full-size items! Especially given that, for just £95, you can get a Charlotte Tilbury Glowgasm wand, a Made by Mitchell Blursh, and a NEOM candle. The packaging isn’t the greatest; I don’t like having to rip the boxes open and this makes it feel a bit cheap but that does make it easily recyclable and the packaging doesn’t really matter in the grand scheme of things. The more of the best Glow Hub products I test, the more I’m a fan of the brand. It’s Scar Slayer is 🤌 as are the face glazes and now this serum has performed well. So much so it’s jumped into my top 20 best serum list, and top 10 best hyaluronic acid serum list. Pretty much full marks across the board, let down slightly by the lower mid-range price and the fact the hydration wasn’t as high as some other, cheaper products. All in all though, nice work @Glow Hub As with all my hydration tests, this was carried out on damp skin. This is the first time I’ve had the Harvey Nichols calendar, largely because at £250 it’s not CHEAP but I’m impressed. I love the fact multiple days have multiple products and 18 of them are full size. My stand out faves are the @Davines shampoo and conditioner (the shampoo in particular is 👌) and as you will have seen, that @Fenty Beauty lipstick DOES. NOT. BUDGE. I’ve washed my hands with soap three times and it’s still there…Nice to see a nude lipstick from Charlotte Tilbury and the Jo Loves candle actually does smell like Christmas. I don’t *love* that there are so many fragrances and I’d like a bit more makeup, however, I’m unlikely to buy a fragrance calendar outright so this is actually a decent way to try a few different scents. I was initially a bit disappointed with Day 25 BUT the perfume smells amazing and I can still smell it now, hours after filming.
