Yes. Inter generational trauma is very real . Jews r particularly vulnerable to it as u reference. It’s like it’s embedded in our DNA from centuries of persecution. It’s very difficult to balance.

Most of my family escaped the pogroms of Russia, too! Turns out we do have family that was killed in the Holocaust. But this has been the primary narrative of my Jewish heritage and family. 💙🇮🇱
