I work from home for a global company and what these narrow minded managers don’t understand is that when you have a work from home set up you can pull talent from anywhere. It really opens up who you can hire and get Uber qualified people.

I'm one of about 5% of workers at my company who is fully remote. I just got confirmation of my promotion to director the other day. My team(also fully remote) and I are regarded as some of the most productive in the company.
