I wonder if that’s state hy state, cuz in St. Louis, MO you can DEFINITELY get cooked food in some places AND some food places are set up to take EBT. You can also have the food prepared after.

EATING IS NOT A LUXURY… my mom is bipolar my dad WORKED n as the oldest I most of the time had to make sure my siblings n I were fed… I didnt know how to cook much more than mac n cheese
