ive tested both on a daily car , claybar for heavy duty paint correction and everything else claymitt ,clay towel, clay sponge for softer duty .. take a tree sap stain for example(soft duty)

Test on a white car to see how many contaminants you actually removed. Marring is your last worry when doing polishing/paint correction

Great video. I would say on the clay bar side it looks like some clay residue rather than marring. And clay bar obviously removes contaminants far better but both have their place. Very informative 👍

Why use clay if you are going to do a two step polish? I assume the rubbing stage will remove contaminants just as good as the clay

Clay bar always the mitt is good for cars that been coated and help with maintaining coating great stuff and for hard to reach areas
