@carls_garage: Been trying to explain this for years, more fancy stuff=higher vehicle cost, more break downs and more expensive repairs down the road. Some digital displays on new vehicles will cost you 5-10k to replace if they break, and that’s without labor! Many ppl can’t barely afford to drive nowadays. We have the ability to manufacture and sell a brand new vehicle for 5-10k if it was bare bones and it would be more reliable but no company is willing to offer one. I believe there would be a huge market for something like that for ppl like me who don’t care what they drive as long as it’s cheap and reliable.
