another good trip is fly to Vienna (2 days), bus/ train to Bratislava (2 days) then bus/ train to Budapest (3 days) the fly home

a group of us (18-20yrs women) did this route but including serbia as well and can really recommend all the places. also Vlore on the coast of Albania is really nice

make it longer if you start in Montenegro, get the bus from Kotor to theth in Albania then to Tirana and then as you said. I'm doing two weeks when I'm there

U can do both the lake and the cable car in the same day. The lake will be from 9-2pm and after that just head straight to the cable car
