Hope u can get a dryer soon. We use product insurance (few £ p/m) so that if item packs up it gets repaired or replaced & don't have to find a lump sum, never have to buy new one now, really worth it.

A tip for using the airers to help dry ur clothes quicker - after your washing is finished put it on a spin cycle it will take a lot of the water out of the clothes, it’s cut out drying time on in Airers in 1/2 for some things x

maybe try "roles reversed" you try getting a full-time job (care work anyone can jump into) & Sam looks after the home.. I had to when my partners mh declined for a year then he found a new job x x
