This is not going to help your situation. I have E2. I called and left a message and I emailed. No response. Were you able to resolve this issue?

You need to reset the sensor. Press the right button for 10 seconds. In my case the machine turned off after 10 seconds. When I turned it on, the E4 was there. So I tried to reset again and after 3 seconds the screen was back to normal
