Tomb of King Ramesses III ❤️❤️ In the time of our ancestors, specifically during the Twentieth Dynasty, King Ramesses III was the second king of this time period and was one of the most powerful kings of the New Kingdom of Egypt. He was one of the greatest warrior kings who ruled ancient Egypt. In the fifth, eighth, and eleventh years of his reign, he fought against the Sea Peoples and Nubia from the south. Ramesses III also confronted two Libyan attacks on Egypt’s western borders, secured the country, and carried out major projects at that time, including Medinet Habu and making additions to the temple. Amun in Karnak. In the Valley of the Kings on the western mainland of Luxor, Ramesses III built his tomb, which is currently known as Tomb No. 11 or KV11. The cemetery begins with a staircase that leads to a 125-meter-long corridor, which is the first corridor that leads to two other corridors. The second corridor contains four small facilities on both sides. It ends in a blocked room. The third corridor leads to the right side. From the third corridor to a hall with four columns, then a fourth corridor, descending four steps, which takes us to another corridor, then two rooms, and then finally to the burial chamber. The tomb was discovered by archaeologist James Bruce in 1768) William Brown arrived at the burial chamber in 1792, and took the outer coffin, which is now in the Louvre Museum in France.
