@my.mini.bakes: Crispy Prawn Rice Paper Dumplings in the mini bakes kitchen. Recipe :- chop and mince the prawns and fry with garlic, soy and pepper. Pit your rice paper in Luke warm water for 15 seconds, gently remove and place flat on a chopping board. Place your prawns and other bits - I have used carrot and green cabbage into the centre of your sheet and fold all four corners in rolling the last one tight so it sticks nice and snug. I fried my dumplings in chili oil turning until crispy and hot throughout!
