my decently old ballet teacher had a hip replacement recently and within I think a month she was cleared to dance again. also keep in mind she's had two kids so she's doing good

Is there some sort of binding I can use to wrap my knees and feet or ankles 😞 sometimes they strain so badly and my teacher has me stuff paper in my school shoes but i still feel so unsupported

I had my left hip replaced last year. Regardless of activity, it literally give you your life back. Don’t be afraid to have it done. Next year I’ll have the other replaced.

Had 2 hip surgeries by age 27 danced from age 3-17 (yes my injuries were from dance) wasn’t even a professional dancer lol
