How did no one know about drawing salve? My folks used this on my brother and I in the 90’s for basically any splinters or rocks embedded in the skin from falling off our bikes.

if the tweezers don't work I literally just grab a razor and cut it out 🤷🏻♂️if you have a steady hand you quite literally don't even feel the cutting but maybe pressure.
