I have the same L200 (2022), 40,000KM, no problems whatsoever. I'm in the tropics too (Caribbean). No overheating or anything.

I think problem is egr cooler. Water from egr cooler goes to cylinder. 30000km Engine overheating no way. 100% Egr cooler problem. Hint how to fix problem remove EGR, EGR cooler, DPF, adblue.

Can water go direct to cylinder 1 and cause wear on cylinder wall? then create blowby,and water in oil?. If water go direct to oil,shouldnt all cylinders have same wear?

For some reason the engine got overheat, this lead to micro crak on cylinder-head gasket, water mixed with engine Oil, this dammaged the turbo...

Coolant in oil can only mix when the engine is off,otherwise oil pressure is higher than coolant pressure so oil should have go into expansion tank

Champion you should have added some oil directly in cylinder no 1 to free the piston rings and see if the pressure returns to normal again . I think the oil cooler is tge culprit here .
