wouldn't the ground at the transfer switch handle the problem? (switch that breaks the neutral). truck would be power supply and switch would be "first disconnect"

never seen this type if truck...can wear ground at the in let? like it the meter socket? I think then the truck would only be allowed 3 wires from it like the power company sends us.. idk the answer

See the truck as you would UPS batteries. The truck is just a cabinet for the batteries. No need to worry about grounding the truck. It all begins at the transfer switch. Ground rod to the TS

The truck needs to have a transfer switch that isolates the neutral from your main panel(GENERAC makes one also) because it monitors the neutral like a gfi. If not it will trip
