I don't remember eating any of those growing up! But I do remember my grandmother talk about pea sausage, never ate it but she said was good and they would cann it for winter time also.Thanks for shar

I thoight my mom was o ly one who cooked these. She used left over brown beans (pinto) from night b4 n she mashed them up some n add flour s/p gonna have to make for my boy now he must try 🥰
