@danijmatthews: Why do a pre-drywall walk? 👇🏼 1. It’s good to see what will be where before the walls are put up. Once the walls are up, you’re stuck. 2. MOST importantly, take VIDEOS of ALL the things! I always advise my clients to take them, or I will for them, so when there is a question down the road, or maybe a remodel you would like to make, you can go back and see exactly what you’re working with. 3. Any concerns on upgrades, outlet placement, plumbing, HVAC, etc. are much easier to address in this construction phase. One example, was when I was walking through my own new build, and they had framed a 1/2 wall instead of the upgraded bannister over one section. I had to bring this to their attention to correct. How would you know? You have an agent representing you that knows what to look for.. like me! 🤗 📲 425-218-3671 📧 [email protected] @danijmatthews @danijmatthews @danijmatthews #newconstruction #newconstructionhome #homebuyingtips #washingtonrealestate #tehaleh
