@aaliyahmarais: I came across a TikTok months ago of two girls praying over their bop clothes and getting rid of them, leaving that lifestyle behind. I used my homelessness as an excuse in my head to post myself on a popular page that "every TikTok girl my age" posts on. I told myself it wasn't a big deal and I won't do it forever. But, it actually is a big deal. Because I know God and this isn't his plan for me. I knew this didn't glorify him. When I woke up this morning I watched a TikTok of a girl explaining how she was delivered from demons of witchcraft. I went to church today for the first time in years (one not too far from my hotel) and I decided today I am completely putting my trust in him, submitting to him, and praying that he will provide me with a job or financial opportunity that serves him. I was scared of being homeless again. I told myself I have been trying to survive. now, I will still be trying to survive but choosing to do it righteously. I would tell myself that if I ever become homeless again... and you know the rest; there wouldn't be a rest to tell. but I am no longer scared. Even if I have no money. Even though I feel stuck. Even if I have no job, my faith is in Jesus. He makes a way where there is none. I'm NOT scared anymore because even if worst comes to worst and Ihave nothing, I have him. I cannot serve two masters. #christian #jesus
