Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). 2. Season the cubed chicken with taco seasoning, garlic salt, lime juice, and lime zest. Toss well to coat evenly. 3. Air fry the chicken in a single layer for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). 4. Add the 40g reduced-fat cream cheese and stir until completely incorporated, creating a creamy queso sauce. Step 4: Combine Everything 1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cooked rice mixture, and queso sauce.
