@ritzhomediary: Here: I am done with the first fermentation which is called "alcoholic fermentation" where natural yeasts convert the sugars in apples into alcohol, producing apple cider, it took me 10 days. And now I am on a second fermentation which is called "acetic acid fermentation" where acetobacter bacteria will convert the alcohol into acetic acid, turning the cider into vinegar. This stage takes 2–4 more weeks so I will wait for one month this time before I can finally use my apple cider vinegar 😍
