What if….  Yes girl: you can! 🦋  You can break the habit of always feeling the need to cut calories. It might At the end actually benefit you greatly.  Here is why;  🌺 During 2022 I had a year of eating intuitively and I grew to love that because how much it helped me feel less restricted, because it made me perform at the gym and I could feel how much I grew physically and mentally.  And do you have any idea why?  Because it was intentional.  I decided to try it out. I intentionally experimented with a more flexible approach of calories to learn more about my body.  When it also was intentional I never overdid it, I didn’t add 20+ lbs or increased rapidly in body fat  percentage, it for sure went up, but nothing majorly crazy.  And this because I had over years prior collected data and experiences how to keep me flexible but yet true to what my goal was. 💪🏼 During 2023 I did a cut of 2 but mostly stayed within maintenance.  ⚒️ During 2024 I had the urge again to truly start to see where previous years of higher intake had taken my new/my next physique to and this time I was able to do it without feeling restricted because my previous years had finally thought me to listen to hunger cues, to my energy levels and to my willpower.  ▶️ Taking steps away from the main goal you might have had for many, many years may often feel risky and or impossible.  But let me tell you, if you reach a plateau and you feel like you are doing everything you can, everything within your power to get there… (and you actually do according to facts) well, then maybe it is not for you right now, maybe later but maybe not just now.  Refocus.  Thrive on a whole new level.  I am still not where I want to be BUT I am enjoying the journey so much that I am in no rush.
