I do lymphatic drainage on myself. It helps so much. Lupus is terrible. I hate having it.

I have same problem i have sjogren's ,psoriatic arthritis, fibromialgia, i do warm compres and eye drops nothing help any suggestions please every day I wake up like that swollen

I also get this. I was diagnosted with Lupus 12 years ago, but realized that for me it's caused by sugar. I can't eat sweets before bed or I wake up looking like Quasimodo. It's worth a shot.

I’ve been using a wet washcloth, sticking it in the freezer and then letting it sit on my eyes, feels amazing and def takes down my morning swelling

I have fibro n have this every day for 35years my face swells infact my whole body swells up like a balloon makes u feel awful

I have ra not lupus and my eyes are like that most mornings. I think for me it’s extreme dry eye causing it because it’s usually not as severe when I’m running a humidifier overnight as opposed to just drops
