@thecarboholic: The team behind Golden Diner is opening TWO new restaurants in one space in midtown this week! On the ground level there’s Golden Hof, a Korean pub, and downstairs, there’s NY Kimchi, which is a Korean steakhouse that’s giving COTE vibes. I came for their Family & Friends preview, and dined upstairs at Golden Hof. I was excited to see some menu items that bore a subtle resemblance to some of Golden Diner’s biggest hits! Highlights were the: - chive & ikura pancake - buldak dumplings - cucumber salad - golden cheeseburger - cheesecake soft serve This is a great spot for a fun date night, and I can’t wait to come back to try NY Kimchi!
