When I use to clean houses I would do a few detail things each time, so that my clients never had to pay extra or for me to do a deep clean. In 6 months, the whole has had been detailed.

Yes baseboards are extra. Wiping exterior cabinets are extra. Detail lighting is extra. Windows as well

Put a hand towel horizontally over the head of a broom and secure with a rubber band. Can easily clean the baseboards while standing up. Has made it much better for me.
